Risk Analysis and Control Reports Validates SRM Analysis

Benefits of Risk Analysis and Control Reports Module

This module shows you your entire SRM process in several condensed views. You can, at a glance, see:

  • All risks, each risks parent hazard, and each risk’s risk assessments;
  • All hazards, and each hazards parent sub-category and category, as well as the next review date and number of hazard classifications in several time periods. You can change the order of this list by clicking the up and down arrows;
  • A list of top hazards, that hazards risk and control measures, and the number of safety issues the classification has been classified in;
  • A pie chart of top hazard classifications within a given time period; and
  • You can create reports for your top hazards or for your entire operational risk profile.

All of these reports can be downloaded into Excel or CSV, simply by clicking on the icons in the upper right-hand corner of the reports.

Also note that these reports are divisional based, meaning that each division will have its own data. Switch divisions by changing the division in the upper right-hand corner of the module.

Reports in This Module

The Risk Analysis and Control module features several reports that are useful for ensuring that you are maintaining FAA Part 5.55 Risk Analysis and Control compliance. There are several very useful reports to this end:

  • A report for all risks, and assigned control measures;
  • A report for all hazards and number of classifications for each hazard within given time frames;
  • Top hazards based on classifications; and
  • Entire operational risk profile report.

These reports are displayed in multiple formats, offering you several ways to communicate them to stakeholders. When you are audited, you can count on using this module to give a high level overview of how your SRM Process is organized, and how it is performing.
